These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EX-Site TN website at exsitetn.com and all related services, SMS communications, and email communications provided by EX-Site TN (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, using our services, or opting in to our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Services
EX-Site TN provides digital revenue infrastructure for service businesses in Middle Tennessee. Our services include but are not limited to:

- •Search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO)
- •Conversion architecture and lead capture systems
- •Ongoing digital infrastructure management and optimization
2. SMS / Text Message Terms
Opt-In and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from EX-Site TN, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from us at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from EX-Site TN. You acknowledge that opting in to our SMS program is voluntary.
Types of Messages
By opting in, you may receive text messages including:

Message Frequency and Timing
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per month. Messages are sent only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Central Time.

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to or received from EX-Site TN. Please contact your wireless carrier for pricing details specific to your plan. EX-Site TN is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message received from EX-Site TN. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send you a single confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in. Opt-In Confirmation
When you opt in to our SMS program, you will receive an initial confirmation message that includes our program name, message frequency disclosure, a reminder that message and data rates may apply, instructions to reply HELP for assistance, and instructions to reply STOP to cancel. You may also opt in by texting the keyword START to our number.
Carrier Compatibility
Our SMS program is compatible with most major carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Consent and Data Sharing
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not transferable or assignable. We do not share, sell, or distribute your opt-in consent data or mobile information with any third parties, affiliates, or marketing partners for promotional purposes. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile device associated with the phone number you provide.
3. Email Newsletter and Communications

By providing your email address and opting in to receive email communications from EX-Site TN, you consent to receive periodic emails including business insights, service updates, educational content, and promotional offers. Your email address will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Opt-Out
